The capacity and quality of our customer service are always evolving. At AmeriDrive we aim to grow and improve the way we connect with our drivers. 2021 has been a year of many changes, standing in a pandemic, and a million other hurdles, car subscription services have endured. But with this challenge on our hands, adhering to innovative solutions and expansion has been essential to stay relevant in the market. We have taken a few specific measures in order to meet these objectives, such as:

  • Increasing the number of service locations with automated self-service and humanless contact check-in stations.
  • Improving our channels of communication and the quality of information we put out there, in order to help drivers better understand and adapt to the changes we’ve implemented and the improvements in our process.
  • Empowering and encouraging our employees and customer service representatives to resolve customer issues automatically, and to be attentive to all feedback that we can take into account for better service.

In our humanless contact stations, we have made it easier for drivers and employees to get a hold of the keys for the vehicles, with a zero-contact and safe anti-burglary system, all thanks to the Sharebox platform. All drivers need on-hand is their smartphone and a valid driver’s license. 

In other words, for us to be able to develop into the mobility providers of tomorrow we have had to redefine and digitize the customer experience we provide.

This digital and automated process has aided our employees by providing them with a better workflow, unlocking productivity, and allowing them to have more time to resolve customer issues on the spot. This has helped us extend our services beyond the contact center and scale operations, improving our team’s effectiveness and our profitability in both the short and long term.

The self-served experience also empowers the driver by minimizing contact, giving them autonomy and letting us anticipate their needs.
